Cancellation Policy
This policy is an effort to be fair. Too many students don't cancel or reschedule and end up as "No Shows". I think “NoShows” and “Late Cancellations” are unfair to students who want to come to a class and I told them that the class was "FULL AT THIS TIME". I also think those actions are unfair to me for many reasons.
Notice:
The minimum class size is 4 for my studio in North Bend and 8 for Issaquah Salmon Hatchery meetings. Classes may be cancelled by me, if less than the minimum students sign up. I will send out an email asking you to re-schedule 7 days in advance, if the class minimum has not been met.
Fees
"No Shows" can rescedule and pay a $20 fee
"7 Day Reschedule Notice" - Anyone who doesn't reschedule 7 days prior to their scheduled class will pay a $10 late fee
